Terms & Conditions for tk10i Players
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tk10i platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on tk10i, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before playing.
18+ Age Requirement
tk10i is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory before first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances returned.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold exactly one active tk10i account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be closed without notice and outstanding balances forfeited.
Secure & Fair Platform
All games use certified RNG technology. Player funds are held in segregated accounts. SSL encryption protects every transaction. tk10i does not manipulate game outcomes for commercial advantage.
BDT Payments Only
All deposits and withdrawals on tk10i are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. No currency conversion fees apply.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly at the time of offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk10i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the tk10i website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the tk10i platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published revision to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version. tk10i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
In addition to these Terms, your use of tk10i is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to tk10i is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:
- You are 18 years of age or older. tk10i operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on the platform.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of a business, corporation, or third party.
- You are acting on your own behalf and are not depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the tk10i platform or had an account closed for a Terms violation.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
tk10i actively employs age verification technology at the point of registration and during payment processing. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and co-operate fully with any relevant regulatory inquiry relating to player age or identity.
Account Registration & Security
To use the full range of tk10i services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time during the life of your account.
One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active tk10i account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without prior notice, and any bonus funds or winnings accumulated on the secondary account will be forfeited in full.
tk10i offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to all registered players. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account settings. Enabling 2FA requires a verified Bangladesh mobile number and adds a second layer of protection against unauthorised logins from unrecognised devices.
tk10i reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, with funds returned to the verified payment method on file.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tk10i are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account after login. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
tk10i will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account, or to a payment method registered in your legal name following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and applies to all players without exception.
Deposits made to tk10i are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your tk10i account balance within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for manual investigation. tk10i is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet network outages, or bank processing delays outside our control.
tk10i reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are flagged by our fraud detection systems, or relate to accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal request.
Bonuses & Promotions
tk10i offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and must be read and accepted before claiming.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn. If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited; only real-money funds that were not part of the bonus calculation will be returned.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement framework.
- All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically after the stated period.
- tk10i reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
- Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, payment methods, or devices to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- VIP Club members may receive additional promotional benefits as part of their tier status. VIP programme terms are published separately within the VIP Club section of the platform.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
tk10i operates on the basis of fair play for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or live dealer session.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game outcomes for financial gain. Players who identify a platform error must report it to support immediately. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the tk10i platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the tk10i support team.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the tk10i platform, its software, or its game content.
- Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward support staff or other players in any live game chat environment.
tk10i reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it suspects to be in breach of these fair use standards. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal requests held pending resolution. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made, except where immediate suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.
Account Suspension & Closure
tk10i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or the fair use standards described in Section 6. Suspension may also occur as a protective measure during an ongoing fraud or security investigation.
Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your tk10i account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Upon verified request, your account will be deactivated and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncompleted bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not receive promotional communications, and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Upon account closure (whether player-initiated or platform-initiated), all rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any outstanding dispute must be raised within 30 days of the closure date.
Limitation of Liability
tk10i provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance required to address security vulnerabilities or critical software issues may be carried out without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10i's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tk10i is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to access the platform.
- Losses resulting from third-party payment provider outages, mobile wallet network disruptions, or bank processing delays beyond tk10i's direct control.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including failure to enable two-factor authentication.
- Decisions made by a player under the influence of substances, emotional distress, or in circumstances where the player was not in full legal capacity to form a contract.
- Technical failures originating on the player's device, internet connection, or local network.
Nothing in these Terms limits tk10i's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
